THE BODY SHOP SHEA WHIP BODY LOTION REVIEW- MY EXPERIENCE:
I bought this product a while ago. My skin is very dry and this product is well suited for my skin.
The product itself is of a thick creamy consistency but gets absorbed quickly into the skin without any kind of oiliness.
Now coming to the part that I love the most, which is its absolutely wonderful light floral fragrance, oh my God, it feels as if you are wearing a nice perfume, and the aroma stays for quite a long time.
It does keep my skin moisturized for a long time, but for people with very dry skin might need a reapplication after a few hours.
The body whip is suitable to use in summers as well, although its consistency is thick, somehow it feels light on the skin when absorbed.
I don’t agree to the claim that it is suited for very dry skin, all the other claims are found out to be true. It really is one of the best body shop products for dry skin.
PROS:
• Wonderful Fragrance, I absolutely love it.
• Suitable for people with sensitive skin as well.
• Keeps skin hydrated for a long time for people with normal to dry skin.
• Makes skin soft, smooth and supple.
CONS:
• It does contain parabens.
• A reapplication might be needed for people with very dry skin.
• Is a bit expensive.
RATING:
4.7/5
DO I RECOMMEND?
Absolutely, the product does what it claims. I just wish Body shop products become totally paraben free and vegan.
WILL I REPURCHASE THE BODY SHOP SHEA WHIP BODY LOTION?
Yes, for sure and the main reason might be its fragrance, but anyway I really liked the product.
