It comes in a shiny silver bottle packaging with a screw-on cap. Honestly, it does feel luxurious and it’s just beautiful packaging.

L’oreal White Perfect Essence Review: My experience

L'oreal White Perfect Essence Review

The packaging is beautiful, but I am against the use of words like “Fairness” and “White” that Cosmetic companies use in their label. But maybe that’s more of a marketing thing, and we as customers need to stop asking for products that claim to whiten skin.

So coming back to the product, as the name suggests I was expecting this one to be
of a lotion consistency, but I was wrong. This essence is watery in texture and look. The fragrance is amazing, although people sensitive to skin might not like that, I absolutely loved it.

It gets absorbed in skin in seconds, and I really liked that. I used it at night, and to my amazement, I did feel it had brightened my skin the next morning.  Such instant results were not expected, but it did work. I do have sensitive skin and the product has glycolic acid in it, so I  use it twice a week and that’s it!!

Pros:

1. It does brighten up the skin.
2. The essence gets quickly absorbed into the skin.
3. It did make my skin tone more even, so I think people with skin discoloration that’s not too deep can benefit from it.
4. Best suited for people with normal skin.

Cons:

1. I love this product only when the claim of whitening and fairness gets removed, will make me happier.

Ratings:

4/5

Do I recommend?

Yes, I recommended this one to everyone that’s looking for a good essence. And people with acne-prone skin should avoid it. Also, don’t buy it if you think it’s going to make you fairer. 😀

Will I repurchase?

Yes, it did suit my skin and gave a nice glow. I’m definitely repurchasing this one.
