It is a whitening moisturizer, especially for dull & damaged skin. Thus it is to make the skin clear and skin tone more bright. Basically, it lightens the spotted or darkened skin and thereby improving the skin tone in just 2 weeks. The color of Vaseline Healthy White Lightning lotion is pink just look like a tinted BB cream to some extent. Most importantly it’s consistency is appropriate thus it glides easily on the skin and is quickly absorbed by the skin thus making it bright. I notice that the fragrance has floral notes.
