It is a straightforward plastic bottle with a purple tint. The cap is sturdy white and closes well in this way making this travel friendly. Contrasting it to the past one from Maybelline regarding packaging, this one scores better. The bottle is more sturdy as well as the shape makes it all the more travel-friendly.

MY EXPERIENCE:

The Maybelline Clean Express Total Clean is gentle on the eyes. It removes makeup without giving many efforts. This is best for removing eye makeup. It doesn’t give any kind of irritation in the eyes.
It’s really effective at removing waterproof mascara. You only have to press it down for a few seconds and wipe it off gently (I do not recommend rubbing if you have sensitive eyes/skin).
Its bi-phase formula is best in this price range. I’ve used the older version (blue and transparent liquid) as well and this product delivers 100%. It takes care of all kinds of eye makeup- ALL, foundation, and lipstick.

PROS:

1. Quiet effective.
2. It doesn’t irritate the eyes.
3. No clouding.
4. Nice packaging.

CONS:

1.  A bit difficult to remove shimmery makeup.
2. It leaves your face just a bit oily (well, you should be washing your face after taking off your makeup anyway)

It is enriched with the properties of Micelles which can capture the impurities and residues from the face, lips, and eyes like any magnet. You are not required to rub your face to get rid of makeup and impurities. It has a very refreshing formula that is nonoily and nonsticky plus it also doesn’t have any strong fragrance. It can be used on all skin types even on sensitive skin as well.

Product Color & Texture:

The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is a colorless liquid like water. The texture of it is also quite light like water. It is not at all oily or greasy like many other makeup removers.

Directions:

Have a sufficient quantity of the liquid on to some cotton pad and apply it to your face, lips, and eyes. You don’t need to rinse your face afterward.

How To Use:

After the hectic schedule of the office, instead of makeup removing wipes now I use this makeup remover. To remove the makeup from your face you need to take the remover on a cotton pad and wipe all over your face till you feel that the makeup and impurities have been removed. Similarly to remove makeup from your eyes you need to hold pad onto your closed eyes and then gently wipe it out. You can use a moisturizer afterward if you want. The result is a perfectly looking clean, soft, and healthy-looking skin.

I found both of these micellar waters similar in the way they work.  The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is a must buy the product for all the makeup lovers and slightly better than Maybelline one.  You just have to dab it on your cotton pad and just one swipe, that’s all it takes. It is a nonsticky formula and suits all skin types. Use it for a couple of weeks and it will make your skin even softer.
