Packaging:
The cream comes in a light green tub packaging with a white lid. The packaging seems sturdy and travel friendly. The only problem I have with some of the body shop products is that tub packaging just seems unhygienic. And I think they really need to work on that.
The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Day Cream Review: My experience
The cream comes in a small tub packaging and is white in color. The consistency is gel like. It quickly gets absorbed into the skin and I really liked that. It didn’t irritate my skin and worked pretty well as a light moisturizer for summers. The only issue I have with this cream is that apart from hydrating the skin well. I really didn’t notice any difference in my skin. I mean it kind of reminded me of Biotique coconut cream and it’s a way cheaper alternative to this.
Pros:
- Suitable for people having sensitive skin.
- Good as a moisturizer for summers.
- Hydrates the skin.
- It’s a vegan product.
Cons:
- It has Cetearyl Alcohol In it.
- Expensive product.
- Packaging can be improved.
Ratings:
3.5/5
Do I recommend?
If the budget allows you, you can give this a try once. It work’s like any other average moisturizer. Just not too good not too bad.
Will I repurchase?
As it must have been clear by my Body Shop Aloe Soothing Day Cream Review. I wouldn’t be buying this one again. And I have heard some people comparing into the Clinique moisture surge. It’s NOT as even though Clinique one is expensive it completely transforms your skin. This one doesn’t come close on how it works apart from the fact that this too has a gel consistency.
