Lipbalms! Be it winter, summer or monsoon, Lip balms are a must. Dry and chapped lips are a nightmare, especially when we have matte liquid lipsticks in trend. Have you not noticed the options we have over the counter in the name of lip balms! Then how is it possible to buy similar one! Basic Lip balm twist up packaging. The case, however, has a small cap and easy to lose or rather keeps slipping off from my hand.

The stick is in white color with basic Neutrogena style red and blue description.

5. Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer SPF 15 Review- My Experience:

Well, the product has basic lip balm like feel, not very glossy or shiny. Leaves a decent finish on lips and has sun protection SPF 15, frankly in summers this is all that made me go for this product. No significant effect on lips as one would expect with the tag of “Norwegian formula.”

I would go for basic shea butter over this one. It has nothing convincing when I think of the price. This product has a good texture. Glides smoothly on the application. The best thing it is fragrance and PABA free. It does not leave any waxy feeling on lips.

But then you need to reapply this product, as it tends to disappear quickly. The most annoying part of the product is the warning message printed on it – “If swallowed, contact poison control center right away” Like seriously! A lip balm with that message. I find it a total waste of money then.

Available easily
no fragrance
No shiny or glossy feeling
Does not feel heavy or warm on lips

7. Cons:

After the warning message, I do not find the product fit for usage.

In conclusion, I would say it works like a basic average balm nothing more special about this product except the scary warning message. Try other SPF lip balms instead.
