Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner Review

Today I have for you the Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner Review. I usually have trouble finding a good eyeliner. I have tried a few different eyeliners now and have always been disappointed, but I am so thankful I found this one Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner! It is super pigmented and it’s amazing for the price. Sometimes you can spend so much on eyeliners that are not much different than the cheaper supermarket brand. I would opt for an eyeliner like this, that is not only affordable but ticks all the boxes regarding appearance, ease of use, and length of wear. If you like liquid eyeliners and love to explore, at that point this is the one to try.

Packaging:

The packaging of the Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner is quite attractive. It comes in a triangular-shaped black bottle which is a bit long as well. Although the bottle of the eyeliner is long the quantity of the liquid it has is not that much, this is because the container is tiny and the length is due to the long applicator brush. The brush gets closed appropriately in the container and this makes the whole package spill-proof and can be carried easily in the makeup/handbag.

Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner Review:  My Experience:

Being a liquid eyeliner it is quite thin and does not feel heavy on the eyes. The eyeliner glides smoothly on the eyelids. It dries very fast after applying but thankfully it does not dries that fast inside the container. 

Even one stroke is sufficient for striking color.

The eyeliner has a glossy finish with strong longevity i.e. unless you remove, it stays.

Due to the glossy finish, the intensity of the black color gets reduced in the artificial lights and hence it is best to be used in daylight. The quality of the brush is very good and it is quite thin as well which helps it get those precise thin lines and thick lines can be achieved by multiple strokes. It is claimed to be waterproof eyeliner which I think is not 100 percent correct. If washed with water it can get partially washed out but for removing it you need a makeup remover.

Pros:

1. Brightens up your face.
2. Glossy! And yet no so glittery.
3. Perfect for regular use.
4. The brush is fine and soft.
5. No smudges.
6. Travel-friendly and spill-proof packaging.

Cons:

1. Less quantity.
2. Not waterproof.
3. After 2-3 hrs of application, it starts looking flaky.

Do I Recommend?

Yes give this a shot if you are searching for good dark eyeliner. If you’re medium to fair skinned then you can blindly go for it but dusky beauties might want to check out the swatches before they commit.
