My Elle 18 Eyeliner Review: Personal Experience:

This is one of the best eye liners for daily use. The finish is neat and clean. It lasts long enough for typically 7 hours. The brush is really good and allows easy application. Different styles from winged to graphic can be applied very easily. The texture of the product is very smooth and gives you a tidy finish without making it look like a mess. The finish is matte and not at all glossy, making it the perfect choice for your day out with the girls or for office.

The brush is not that long but it gives an easy application since it is thin which won’t create a very thick line initially but it gives a clear and precise line even if you are in a hurry. It glides on in a smooth manner and gives a velvety kind of finish.
