Hello world!! We all need to use a body lotion right after taking bath as the soap or body wash that we use does remove the natural skin oils and it has to be replenished. So today I am here with biotique winter cherry body lotion review. Let’s see what is my take on it, and if I liked it.

PACKAGING:

It comes in the classic biotique packaging, white opaque bottle with a green twist on pack, the packaging is simple and travel friendly.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The product say it’s a nourishing lotion made of natural oil and plant extracts it nourishes dry and dehydrated skin leaving it soft and youthful. Removes skin infection and blemishes.

MY EXPERIENCE:

So I had bought this product with great hopes, as I do like biotique as a brand and a lot of the products that I have used in the past had worked really well for me and also the name winter cherry lotion did sound quiet exotic.

The product itself is of thick consistency, but the fragrance …yuck… it smells awful like some weird shaving cream, I don’t know if it’s just me, guys if you have tried the product as well and found the fragrance bad as well do let me know in the comment section below; also the fragrance lasts a long time which in this case becomes a negative.

Now coming to the claims if it’s hydrating enough, No, I have dry skin type and I found this to provide hydration not for a long time, When you apply it first it does make the skin moisturized for like half an hour and that’s it.

As far as the claim of removing blemishes goes, I don’t think it works for that either. I thought the biotique body lotion for dry skin would work for me, but unfortunately it didn’t.

PROS:

• It’s a herbal product.
• Does not contain Parabens.
• Affordable.
• Easily available online and in stores.
• Does not irritate the skin.

CONS:

• Doesn’t suit dry skin type.
• Weird fragrance.
• The claims of the product found to be false in my experience.

DO I RECOMMEND?

No I don’t, please save your money from buying this product. Also I wouldn’t like people around me smelling like that 😀
