Having a good scrub in your skin care routine is a must, and I have been using this wonderful scrub for quite some time and decided to share my thoughts on it. So let’s begin with the biotique papaya scrub review.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This exfoliating scrub is blended with pure papaya fruit to dissolve dead surface cells, unclog pore openings and smooth the way for clear skin to the surface. Gentle refining action uncovers skin’s natural brightness for a younger-looking complexion.

PACKAGING:

It comes in a typical biotique packaging that we see, that is a white opaque plastic tub with a green cap, it has an additional plastic cap inside so as to avoid any kind of spillage.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

Papita (Carica papaya), Kela (Musa sapientum), Khajoor (Phoenix dactylifera), Neem (Melia azadiradrachita), Methi (Trgonelia foenum graecum), Yasad bhasm (Zincum), Ban heldi (Curcuma aromatica), Aam beej (Magnifela indica), Bees wax, Gun acacia (Acacia arabica), Moongphali (Archis hypogea), Himalayan water Q.S

BIOTIQUE PAPAYA SCRUB REVIEW- MY EXPERIENCE:

The product comes in the regular biotique packaging. I was a bit skeptical will it work or not as, for one it was inexpensive and second, for some reason I don’t know why I did not like the smell of it when I first opened it. Although it is a very herbal kind of a smell, which makes you believe it is chemical free, still I just wasn’t impressed with the fragrance.

The scrub has a creamy texture with particles in it, which are alright as I have a very sensitive skin. I did find the scrub to be just a little harsh on my skin for regular use, but it will suit you really well if you have dry, normal or oily skin.

I was pleasantly surprised with the result, as it did make my skin smoother and cleaner after the first use. As far as the claims of tan removal come, this product surely works but gradually with time, don’t expect an instant magical result. It’s not like the products which has bleach in it that it will remove tan in just one use and then later on makes your skin dull and with skin problems.

My sisters use it regularly as they don’t have sensitive skin and absolutely love the product. It does dry out the skin a bit, but just your regular moisturizer after this works fine.

PROS:

• It’s a chemical free herbal product.
• Suitable for almost all skin types, just people with very sensitive skin need to be careful while using it.
• This is Paraben-free product
• Easily available.
• Removes Tan with regular use.
• Makes the skin smoother by removing dead skin.

CONS:

• I don’t really like the fragrance although it is very light and goes away quickly.
• It would have been better if the scrub particles would have been a bit more smaller as it will make it more suitable for people like me who have very sensitive skin.
